EntreCompE for Educators (EntreCompEdu) is a project funded by the Erasmus + program where the main goal is to develop the competencies of teachers who will encourage entrepreneurial skills in students according to the already given European Framework for Entrepreneurial Competence among students (http://tiny.cc/hczd ). For this purpose, several activities will be implemented, divided into two phases. The first phase is the preparation and testing of a multicultural program for the professional development of teachers aimed at involving entrepreneurial education in all subjects by developing competencies for teaching teachers that encourage entrepreneurial skills in students. This goes beyond linking entrepreneurial skills to the business, entrepreneurship, math, etc., and is increasingly seen as a concept of self-initiative and engagement, civic role, social cohesion, and student employment. After testing this program, the second phase will follow, where the improved and customized program will be available through the online platform in order to enable mutual cooperation and exchange of good practices between teachers and students from the project partner countries (United Kingdom, Belgium, Finland, Italy, Spain, and North Macedonia).
