What is EntreComp for Teachers?
According to the developed matrix for key competencies, we have created a matrix of competencies that teachers need to have in order to develop the same in students. For that purpose, a multicultural program for professional development of teachers has been developed, aimed at inclusion of entrepreneurial education in all subjects through the development of competencies for teaching that encourage entrepreneurial skills in students. This goes beyond linking entrepreneurial skills to business, entrepreneurship, math, etc., and is increasingly seen as a concept of self-initiative and engagement, civic role, social cohesion, and student employment.
